ARMY specialist Christian Ward was stationed in Fort Carson Colorado. He was a Crew Chief on a UH-60 Blackhawk Medi.-Vac, Dust Off unit.
Christian joined the Army right out of high school. He entered basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina AIT at Fort Eustis, Virginia, his permanent duty station at Fort Carson, Colorado, and flight training at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
Chris is interred in Arlington National Cemetery section 75, grave 203. Christian was our first child to enlist to serve followed by his sister, Jordyn, in the US Air Force and his brother, Wyatt, in the US Army; both still serving.
Christian loved the outdoors and helping others in need.
Chris' wish was to be an organ donor. He saved three people’s lives, including two prior service members.
Chris was one of 6 siblings: John Wyatt, Tina, ( Chris), Jordyn, Jace and Jevin.
